Blendy Summer 2025 Team Building: A Close-Knit Team for Over 10 Years

From July 7th to 10th, 2025, the Blendy team met in Palma de Mallorca for its annual summer seminar.
More than just a break under the Balearic sun, it's a strategic meeting that we cultivate year after year: a moment to take a step back, reconnect, and strengthen the bonds of a team that has not experienced any turnover for more than ten years.
In a context where most SMEs struggle to retain their talent, we advocate a model that goes against the grain: a stable, committed, expert, and above all united team.
This solidity is not the result of chance, but the result of conscious work on human cohesion , nourished in particular by these regular seminars.

From the start of the school year, we are focusing on the major challenges of the end of 2025: development of our advisory offering, preparation for the widespread use of electronic invoicing, and increased support for fast-growing SMEs.
But we leave Palma with one certainty: our greatest asset is our collective strength. And it's by cultivating this bond, far from the noise, that we remain aligned, sustainable... and successful.
